Hey everyone...was introduced to this site by a friend from the gym. He seems to be pretty knowledgeable and said this was his resource for most of what he learned, so he recommended it to me. I'm 48 (no one can believe I'm even 40....thank god!) and from CT. I've worked out pretty hard for most of my life, even entered some ANBC bodybuilding shows back in the day, but never used any gear (obviously)
After a six year hiatus I am back with a vengeance. I've been hitting the gym pretty good for 3 years now and I'm 5'10" and 212 lbs. Up from 200lbs after 10 weeks of 150mg of Teste a week. I'm starting to look pretty good, but want to get pretty ripped before I hit 50. I'm thinking of upping to 250 or 300 a week to see what happens.
