    taking it all in

    I've been reading a lot of post here off and on the last year or so, figured no better time to join then now. I've been weight training for about 7 years now all starting in high school. The last year has not been to religious at the gym because of working so much, so the upcoming time is going to be used to step back in and read up and educate myself with the help of anyone here. Thanks guys.
