i am 63 years old, 5"9, 170 pounds, 25 body Fat, waist 36 inches. I am a runner, 12 to 18 miles a week.
I alternate squats 140# x 2 a week, bench press 120# x2 w, dead lift 160# x2 w (time 3 sets of 5)
also military press 90#. Add to this pull ups, chine ups, push ups and others. I eat 3 good meals a day ( all meal made home) plus 2 protein drinks.
I am looking for advices on starting a steriod cycle the right way to gain weight, mass, strength.
