Just to clarify ..... I have been active with weights and sports most of my life but it has been irregular. I have been able to keep my bodyfat % low (into my 40s) but bulking up is difficult. There are so many members with detailed information that takes a long time to read through and understand -- but I am trying and reading. :)
Thanks for the warm welcome. I am interested in using Hgh for aging replacement and adding some lean mass. I am fine with the slow, methodical gains but I want to make sure I maximize my work outs as well as do it as safely as possible.
In advance, I may ask some dumb questions, so please bear with me.
