Hey guys, transferring over from bb.com, hoping to get some great advice on a first cycle i plan to run in a few weeks. would love all the feedback! I've read enough random posts to know you guys REQUIRE the most accurate diet plan and regimen so here goes.
Consume between 18-2200 calories a day, I know thats pretty low but I prefer a cut look. My macros usually are 40/40/20 (protein, Carbs, Fats) Pretty consistant with a cheat day usually once a week.) I'm 6"0 22 I work out every day except wednesday and sunday.
Basically I've been working out for about 4 years, the last year was my most serious year, I rang in 2013 weighing about 190, with some great dieting and nutrient monitoring I cut down to 163, Now I'm hovering 170-175.
I've been talking with a guy who makes me look like a fat nerd, he's been running cycles for years now and def has a rep in the town. I wanted to get some extra info on some things before I run a cycle though.
: He's suggested a cycle of sust 250. Now I know its a test boost and i believe theres a shrinkage risk. I'm wondering what is the best way to run it. (yes im running JUST the sust) since its my first cycle i'd rather not stack. he said something about injecting every 7-10 days, But i've read up on some threads here that show a more frequent low dosed inject..
Post cycle. To avoid some gyno i know i have to run something afterwords, what would be best? he suggested something but i can't recall what it was.. Any and all advice would be awesome. I don't want to run this wrong at all. i Posted the last pic i've taken, its a couple months old and i've lost some definition. I was 163, so im about 10 lbs heavier..Thanks for reading
