Im a 36 year old man just looking to educate myself a little and see if this is for me. Im 5' 7' 160 (just finished a pretty hardcore cut down from 180). Im looking to bulk again now that its winter here in canada and was playing with the idea of supplementing. I have been lifting on and off for about 5 years and feel like I have my routines and diet pretty close to sorted. any suggestions on a good simple stack for a beginner?
