I'm not sure what your question is precisely but if I go by your thread title then you want to know how to bring up your core strength?

    stick to basic compound lifts:
    Squat
    deadlift
    Flat bench (barbell)
    Cleans
    Barbell bent over rows

Those will create a strong foundation /core for.you to work with later. Once you have some mass to work with you can start isolating muscles and start adding more advanced techniques into your workouts. Core is your powerbase so keep the lifts heavy & intense. Rep range should be 6-12 total.

Read marcus300's diary thread for training tips. Diet section of this forum for diet tips.

    Good luck!

Thanks for welcoming me to the community.
Java Sorry i did not get my question out clear but the question was is this a good start for the next 6 months on diet peptides and workout before I start me first cycle?
If so Will this type of diet work throughout my first cycle and should I continue with the peptides?
