Hey all,
I've been looking through various posts and researching for about 2 years now, and I did post ~30 times under a different account but decided to start a new one as the other username wasn't too anonymous.
Anyways, even after researching various things on this site for roughly 2 years, I still do not know everything, and honestly I'll be the first to admit that I will never know everything as it's impossible. Like most others who join this forum, I'm here to learn more.

~13% bf
Training 2.5 years
Had surgery two months ago to repair a torn labrum that was a long time coming, was out for a month before that after having a bad dislocation which ending up tearing the labrum, hence the surgery. In that time I've lost roughly 5-7lbs LBM and put on a couple percentage points of BF. I'm able to train again, but things are slow and I'm limited to bis/tris, lower body and minimal back work. Fortunately things are looking better each day as far as recovery goes.
Sorry for the novel
Edit: Forgot to say it's good to be here.
