welcome
so assuming your goal is to lose weight...
step 1 - drink water, and only water.
step 2 - eat only veggies and lean protein
step 3 - walk for an hour everyday
step 4 - lift weights a few days a week
that's it, follow these 4 simple steps and you WILL lose weight, or your money back

Short history: trained back in 1995-2001, all natural with cybergenics a few times and ended up 209Ibs, 3.5% BF AND 0.001 colestrol. Then quit. Basic body is 50/50 meso and endomorph.
November 28, 2013, weighed 280 Ibs! over 50% fat. Started to diet only for 2 weeks and then inlcuded training.
On January 1, 2014, weighed 249 Ibs, thanks to first cycle ever with 5 weeks ephedrine and caffein at 25/200, 25/200, 16/200 (hcl).
I did the research on the ec and supprisingly I had no pupitations, no jitteriness. No side effects. Maybe my body is quit tolerant with it.
So now I'm breaking for 3 weeks and I feel to start (slowly) end of Jan. The weight loss is also thanks to 1900-2100 c/day of which 266 average protein/day. (7 meals/day total).
am lifting 20%more than 2 weeks back, when I started. I guess it's too early for this, but I was pleasantly supprised with the ec. I'm just keen/and scared and know that I should/could, MAYBE, take small amounts? Might I add that the diet will obviously change as well. (4000-4500c/day of which 450g protein/day, total meals/day = 8)
what would you recommend?

I was thinking that I had 2 options:
1. Cut, cut, cut untill I'm below 10% bf. Break, and then do only 1 bulking cycle.
2. Do the only one bulking cycle, break. Then cut, cut and cut untill I reach less than 6% bf.
I reasoned, and the 12 year break for weight training had me polish 5000+ pounds of takeaways, only at night times before bed, I had lost a lot of the hard gained muscle from yesteryear. I have put myself into a startvation mode for 12 years! I have been bad to myself and have only reasently acknowledged it. If I were to do number 1 frist, there'l be nothing left of me!
I figure that I am reasonably big and only desire to do on e good bulk. I beleave it would be enought. Then cut like crazy.
I guess being around 240Ibs with less than 6% bf would look pretty good for my height and build.
What would you do if you were me?

Short answer, Cut first then bulk.

Nice changes. Congrats. Keep cutting and good luck with your goals. I don't think you have to try to get to 6% BF. Although that would be awesome and you would definitely look great. But I think if you can get to 10% you will look amazing and will be extremely happy with where you are! Welcome to the forum and you are and will be an inspiration to many. We all are at different levels but inspire each other to do our best.

Thank you guys,
Sometimes other opinions is just what we need. We tend to loose image and approval of our own nature when judging ourselves.
I will do my best and I'll regularly update pictures and progress.

Thank you for all your replies. Good, chunky education coming my way.
I'm confused about what's happening to me...
Basic training schedule:
Day 1: chest + triceps + abs + 20min treadmill walk at 4mph, 3.0 incline.
Day 2: Complete back (including neck) + biceps + abs + the same treadmill walk.
Day 3: Shoulders + legs + abs + the same treadmill walk.
Day 4 would normally be an off day, but I don't take any days off, thus day 4: 50min treadmill walk at 4mph, 3 incline.
Repeat starting back at day 1.
Diet:
Wakening: Foodmatters superfoods x2 scoops with 80g protein shake (50/50 wey and hydrolized) and 1 fish oil tablet
50min later: Training (55min in total)
straight after training: 80g protein shake, same 50/50 as above
30min later: 1 big avo
2.75 hours later: Meal replacement shake (40g p, 35g c, 5g f + vits)
3 hours later: Same meal shake
3 hours later: x1 tin sweetcorn (Absolutely delicious!) with x1 tin tuna in water
3 hours later (last meal of the day): 250g chicken breast and 100g pink salmon, all make in 3 table spoons of ev oil and 3 table spoons of lemon juice (just as delicious, yum)
So my problem: I have been hardcore training now for only 3 weeks. My weight:... one day I loose 0.9 pounds, the next day I gain 1 pound. The next day dropped again, and so it continues. I can definitely see something happening with the muscle but then again, no real stomac shrinking. Confused.
Well, I also know I need to (apparently) take 2219c/day as it's my current BMR without the extra activity. But with me furing out in the gym, it is suppose to (apparently) be around 3700c/day! Is this realy the case? If so, why do I loose then pick up repeatedly?
O great ones, please vanquish the cloud between my ears
