New natural thinking about cycle (w/pics!)

    Hi Guys

Great to (finally!) be able to post on here!

Been reading threads in the past few days and building my knowledge already.

I have attached some pics to show you an example of the 'photo ready' shape I have been in recently. I weighed in at around 80kg (177lbs) the night before. I would have probably weighed less on the day with the loss of water weight.

My burning question is this: Is it possible to tell what type of steroid an athlete is on, just by studying his physique? Or at least make an educated guess! I have seen a few Jeff Seid videos recently, say what you want about his personality, he is in awesome shape! This is the type of physique I believe I can achieve with the right cycle. It's also worth me mentioning that I can't go through any drastic bulking phases, as I need to stay pretty lean all year round due to work commitments.

Any feedback & advice would be greatly appreciated... the more in depth the better!

    Cheers!

I take it that you are some type of model? Is that why you can not go through any rapid bulking phases?

Well, I can usually tell when someone starts taking testosterone because they gain about 15lbs of water weight. Ha ha. But test is a great base for any cycle so it should be understood first and foremost regarding AAS. But, I think with your goals you will be able to reach them naturally; meaning lifting heavier weights with a better diet. Also, when I say diet I don't mean eating less, but simply the types of food you are eating. You can learn so much about all of these things on this site. If you are only reading about effects only, tren will seem great, but not something anyone should ever try first. It has its own problems so when you get to that compound make sure you read the negatives as well.

Thanks for the response! And I see what you're saying about diet and nutrition, that is what I have always advised others. But, that being said, there is always a time where you hit your peak naturally. I am very dedicated to what I do, always building knowledge and trying new things. I'm just very intrigued about how my body will responded to added test or a basic cycle! Any idea what Jeff Seid might be on? He's about 20 pounds heavier than me and shredded!!

It really depends on what you run. I ran a cycle of test e and people commented "wow, you have really been working out you look big". Then I ran a cycle of test/tren/mast, and the comments changed to "How long have you been using steroids?"

Well, if there was an easy way to put on lean mass we all would definitely do that. Now this is just my opinion and I don't want to get flamed for it. But, to me, when I take testosterone I gain a lot of water weight but I also feel a change that seems to be what makes a man a man. I get aggressive and it helps me push myself so much further in the gym. I am in my 40's but Ill just drop and do 50 push ups on my way to the bathroom for no reason. It definitely is not a placebo affect. It makes you work out harder and in turn, if you are eating more protein you will tear up your muscles easier and they will get bigger easier than that plateau we all find ourselves in. It makes me feel like a kid again when I just had that crazy energy that I don't know what to do with. But, you will also gain water weight. Your face might look puffy, and all your muscles will seem bigger, but they aren't going to stay that way. When you stop and start running PCT you will lose the water weight and only keep some of the actual muscle you gained. You have to keep eating properly and eat more protein to keep the increase in muscle. I don't think that would be a problem for you. But you might go through a few months where you look puffy and bloated, which is just an affect of testosterone. But, there are a lot of people, who probably shouldn't, but do AAS and do not have nearly the shape you have. You wont blow up like the incredible hulk and in that respect steroids are overrated or I should say misunderstood. You have to take a lot of steroids, eat perfect food and bust your ass x ten to even begin to get where the huge guys are. A lot more people than you probably would believe do steroids, but you will only notice the one's who are doing it correctly. Also, everyone responds a little differently to different compounds. So no one can tell you what you should take or how much as there are no guarantees that something wont go wrong even with a small amount or that something will go wrong with a lot. But, there is a lot of information here on first cycles and what people who know a lot more than I do about what you should try if you are ultimately going to do so. I have done steroids for more than 20 years with no major negative sides. But I started to young and did not even have the internet to learn from. All I had was what my dumbass dealer could talk me into buying and taking. I think my first cycle was cooking oil! Which now when looking back is probably the safest thing for me at the time. Keep reading and I am sure your will reach some conclusions about what your goals are and whether you need steroids to reach them. Good luck and we are all here to offer advice.

Thanks for the response. Pretty sure I'm going to go for test e. All advice seems to point that way for first cycle!

Thanks so much for this mate. You make some very valid points. I'm not looking for anything drastic, just a few extra pounds of lean mass I suppose. Everything seems to be pointing towards a simple cycle of test e to get me started. I've also read up on 'priming' - this is something that I know i can implement in a stricter fashion than most so hopefully the puffiness you mentioned won't be to bad. Just need to read up more on HRT/PCT and I'm good to go!
