I have been training for years... I am now 37 and have been thinking about gear for a long time.
If someone in DC or anywhere else has some patience and can explain to me what to take for a first timer and given my age, I would be eternally grateful!
My goal is to put on muscle but I want quality gains. I do not want to get enormous and loose it just after the cycle. I just want to increase my muscle mass and still look natural...
Also, should I start propecia and stuff for my leaver? I don't want to loose my hair... lol
