    New Member needing some advice

    Hey everyone,

This is my first post so if I do anything that is wrong please correct me. Really not sure if I am allowed to post this in this forum. I have just a few questions and in need of some good advice for my cycle.

First I wanted to say that I know I am only 22 and I both understand the potential side effects of what I am doing and I accept those potential side effects. I am fully aware of the risks of using supplements at my age.

Here is where I am at physically:
    Weight 220
    Height 5'10
Body fat: Not exactly sure where body fat is at. Did tape test for my Unit and Im somewhere around 16-18 range.

Goal: Drop body fat over the next 10 weeks.

Cycle: I am starting my cycle of Test E with Clen this coming Sunday.

My workouts could use a little work but I am confident that I am on the correct plan. As we all know diet is the biggest part in any cutting cycle. So my question for everyone is this..... For someone who is 220 trying to cut to down to around 190 what would be a good diet to go with Clen and Test E.

Open to all suggestions, but please be courteous. I do not want to debate with someone over the internet. Thank you for reading and if you take the time to respond a special thank you for that!!

Oh and forgot to request something..... instead of saying

lean protein veggies etc etc........ can you give me a specific amount. Example: 1 can tuna 3 full carrots....something to that nature. I know everyone is different but I can always tweak it as I go to suit the goal I am wanting. I just need some good ideas of foods that would be good to eat whilst cutting.

    Thanks everyone!!!!

Welcome. Because you are young you may not get the responses you want. You have the ability to grow naturally now and already said you know the risks. But, what you don't know is the hassle of the risks when they happen. Good luck though and many people here will offer you sound advice.
