new guy
Whats up everyone? Im esac. My actual nickname. Great right?
Anyways like everyone I'm here for some good info. Im 6'4" 215lbs and I bounce around between high 5s low7s on my bf. Ive been stuck here for the last couple years. Would like to get bigger. I currently work out alone. Mainly due to the 4am to530am schedule. I cycle on and off yet stay the same weight pretty much. Have a clean diet and a dialed in calorie intake. Will getting a trainer be beneficial? Does your body ever top out do to your genetic make up? Thanks. Save the rest for other forums.

If your body fat % bounces between 5-7, I would say no, a trainer probably wont help much. You probably wont find many regular trainers at where you already are. Ha ha. Also, keep in mind you can get certified as a personal trainer online in a day or two, so you probably already know more than most. I would suggest you keep doing what you are doing and for any detailed info, just ask on here, and some pro's will help you out.
