    Hey

    Hey people...found this site while googleing info...so thought I'd join....to gain for info Have only done a small amount of training but hope to get some equipment at some point soon and get back into it....until then I'll just hang around and learn a bit...Catch ya!

    Welcome. Why wait join a local gym. Most are fairly priced,in the US one gym chain is only $10 a month.
