    Cool Need Some Veteran Advicee

First ill introduce myself, im Thane Tingley. 20 years old and ive been lifting for about a year. At first I was

only going so I could gain a little muscle since I was weighing in at around 125. The last four or so months its

become an addiction and I don't miss a day. I now weigh 150 and im really toned but I want mass to turn to

muscle. I take MuscleTech pre workout, Krealkaline creatine tabs before and after each workout, and then two

scoops of Body Fortress whey after. Sorry for all the details I just want whoever is reading to know my sups

and if I should switch or take more or something. Lol. Mainly, im just looking to gain weight. I eat like a 280lb

linebacker but I cant get gains from it. I figured maybe theres something on this site that would help me start

making progress and I need a couple solid opinions. It would be much appreciated!!

    Welcome.

Head to our nutrition section for assistance. As much as you think you might eat, if you aren't gaining, you aren't eating enough.

    Good luck

Welcome. For a lot of young guys, gaining is really difficult. I know it was for me (i have the opposite problem these days). The nutrition section can help you out. It isn't just how much you eat. What and when are really important, too. It can be hard to get the calories you need in order to gain weight in a form that will be used to build muscle instead of stored as fat. Good luck - this is a great place to learn.

Welcome to the forum. It seems like you are on the right track to build a good foundation. Do not start steroids now. Just keep eating and working out and you will grow. We all hit plateaus and you have to work through them. Read as much as you can and you will learn a lot on here. Good luck and good to have you here.
