Thread: Hey..

    Hey..

    Hi!

I've been lifting for about 3-3.5 years now, on and off due to college, family deaths, travelling and work, but over the past year I've cracked down and i'm really starting to see progression! I've not seen too much progression in size, but strength has gone through the roof! My bench started at around 25KG, it is now about 70KG (154lbs) 1RM, Dead-lift is 110KG (242.5 lbs) 1RM

When I started off I was a very small person.. I weighed about 120lbs at about 20% BF.. I'm now 170, with a 12% BF. I was always little and the person being picked on at school so I decided I wanted to be bigger.. And it's happened.. Sure, i'm not built like a brick house, but I'm bigger than I was..

I've been looking into steroids a lot recently, simply because my friend is on them and has seen significant size improvements.. I'm not currently interested in running a cycle until I feel I know more than enough about them to be able to run something that I am comfortable with, and here comes the part I know I'll be attacked for.. I'm 19.

My diet is fantastic, about 4500kcal a day and my gains are slowly stopping. So i'm going to be upping that soon.

Oh, and I'm a fully qualified personal trainer, I decided this as a career path because I have bettered myself, and yes not as much as I would have hoped or anything like that, but I enjoy it!

    That's all!

    George.

Welcome to the forum. I was a small guy too so I know how you feel. When I was 22 years old I only weighed 123lbs. Now, Im well over 200 and pretty lean. Keep doing what you are doing and learn as much as you can from the various threads and for any specific questions; there are some very knowledgeable people on here.

Welcome. This is a great place to learn. Congrats on the good diet. That's probably the hardest part. Look around at the nutrition section and contribute when you can. The fact that you are 19 is no big deal - it just means you need to wait and be patient for a few years. If you keep the fantastic diet and stay consistent with your lifting while following this board, you will have the right conditioning and plenty of knowledge to use aas when you are 24 or 25 if you still choose to do so. Best Wishes.
