Hello all
I am new to this site and would like some information please.
My stats are:
Age - 41
Height - 6ft 3 inches
Weight - 205 pounds
Fat % - around 18%
I have been in and out of the gym for years and have been back in it for several months. I figure I am not still too old to build some muscle.
I would like to start a cycle based on the following:
Safe - dont want to be left with a dead dick
Not looking for absolute maximum size - I would like to gain some mass and lose some fat
Good recovery as I am older this is not like it used to be
Your recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
