Hey guys, I'm a old member used to go by the name eradikate, was a senior member about 12 years ago even had an epic journal of my first cycle.
I stayed clean since then and started lifting seriously again 3 years ago, looking to jump back into the game soon. Glad to be back!
Currently I am 5'10" 172lbs at 10% bf have my diet dialed in and training push/pull style.
Here are my lifts
110lb db press 6 reps
80lb db shoulder press
275 squat ass to the ground (weak I know)
And 315 deadlift at 6 reps
I think being off of sauce for 12 years I'm fresh and ready to go at it again at age 30
