Just wanna say whats going on to all. New to the whole supplement game, but have always maintained myself somewhat. Lately I've just been looking to get some size but more definition. Hopefully with the help of all you beasts out there I can be one of the guys people admire at the gym!

Welcome. Diet, Lifting and CONSISTENCY! Go to the nutrition section for help getting your diet in order (it's a pain, but the most important part). Look at the lifting techniques section to pick up some ideas on a workout that works for you and your goals. Most importantly, stay at it. Best Wishes.

Thanks, guys! Hope learn a lot and see gains, with the help of everyone. But like I said I'm new to the whole gear and supplements. But I wanted to ask a question and I don't know if I can on here. If my question is wrong please let me know and I will delete it.

So my question is my cousin orders from a UGL and I like the products but I'm 100% sure he is really over charging me. Im in college and don't have the money to stay on a good cycle of test. I've done one cycle and really enjoyed the results, especially in the bed room. any pointers would help. Thanks!

And a little about me..... I am currently in school finishing up my bachelors in biology. I am a former medic for the US Army. 1-504th PIR 82nd Airborne. I do cardio in the am and weights in the pm. Mon-Chest and tri's Tues-Back and bi's Wed-Legs and Abs Thurs- Shoulders and forearms Fri-Hit everything twice with two light sets Sat- only cardio Sun- rest day.
