42 year old single father of 2 boys

Hello all, very new to all this, as I said, I'm 42, been construction worker all my life, I went through a divorce about 3 years ago, got custody of my two boys, which are 4 and 13.I am 6'1 about 155, which is pretty close to the weight I've been most of my life. I feel my age and situation are both playing a role in it.I'm thinking about starting my first cycle soon of just test, since I think that's all I need, not trying to become a body builder or massive, just kinda feeling run down and slowly losing muscle. Don't know if anyone will answer but was wondering about arimidex, nolvadex or clomid with the cycle, not ready for boobs yet, thanks

Welcome. There's plenty of great info here. at 6'1", 155 is pretty slim. You might start in the nutrition section. Until you get that going, steroids are kinda pointless. Even once you figure out how to diet, I have found doing it consistently to be a struggle. Also look at the stickies at the top of the q&a section. Great place to start. Welcome and good luck!

Thanks guys, really appreciate your responses, no one around my area to talk to about it, and I've read a lot but can be a little confusing, just want to start right. The everyone is different, study, and be informed, is all fine and good, and I have done that, just doesn't help with the confusion of it all, kinda feel like I need to be a mathmatition and a doctor to truly understand it all, which I am neither, anyway Thank you guys very much
