    im 32 i was 255 and now 197 i do cardio every day and work out about 4 times a week.i have never taken anything.. what do u guys think is the best steroid for me to take??????

    Congrats on your weight loss. If you click on the various links you will learn a lot. You will not get a lot of responses with your question. It is like walking into a grocery store for the first time and asking a cashier; what should I buy? Just click on the various sections and read the top areas shown in red, and you will learn a lot. Then if you have specific questions you will be more likely to get better responses. Congrats again and welcome to the forum.

    I got started at the gym for weight loss & got into lifting myself. I did hours & hours of research but didn't ask any questions before my 1st cycle & still made lots of mistakes. My advice is, come up with a plan, post it & then ask for advice. Do the work before you ask for advice. It shows the other members you're serious & you'll get much better responses. They hate it when a noob comes & asks for the vets to come up with a plan for them. Good luck.
