Not been myself last say six months. Not depression at all and doing well at work. Maybe too well as I am working 10-12 hours a day 5-6 days a week.
Did a major health kick last year. Went Ketosis for months on end and dropped 70 lb's in a about a six month period - no gear. Now eating alright - nothing too clean. I am back up 30-35 lb's from lowest weight.
Got checked by my doctor and he says I do have low test but won't help me with trt or hgh. Great. Offered some pills for my limp dick however - I declined. I should have taken if it was Cialis now I did some research on this website. I shouldnt be this way at 38 though.
Coming off as a downer here but looking for research on how to get myself back into working out and being lean for my sport I enjoy.
