I am a new member, but have been on this site for probably 3 months now. I'm 22, 6'2", and 190-195lbs (fluctuates). I'm guessing around 18% body fat. I've been working out since I was 14, but not at a steady enough rate. I've been pretty hard at it for most of the last year ish and am down from 223lbs of lardness around Dec 2012. Just recently realized how terrible my diet was and how important it should be. Lots of that knowledge came from this site so I hope to get any possible help/guidance from you all! Also, looking to start my first cycle once my mind and body are ready.
