Hello all.. I've been lifting for 17 years and I feel that it's finally time to start looking into going this route. I'm 34 years old and am 175 pounds with about 10% body fat. I've been on TRT for about 3 years at 200mg of test cyp per week. I lift 4 to 5 times per week and do cardio about 3 times per week. I'm 5"7 so I don't want to get too bulky and I don't want people at work to notice me getting too big too fast. I ordered some Anavar to add to my test after doing a bit of research and hope that it will be a good start. Any suggestions?
