So I am totally new to the whole forum thing. I've been working out on and off for a while now and I'm looking for solid advice on how to add serious gains. Some dieting tips would also be greatly appreciated. I don't know what mt body fat % is. I am currently 5' 11" and 212 lbs.My belly is a little larger than I would like and my arms are for too small. Please Help Me.
