New member looking for advice/tips before my first cycle. Want to get started ASAP

    Hi Guys/Girls,

Im planning on starting my first cycle very soon (as soon as I can get my hand on some) and before I did it I wanted to make sure I have all the info I needed to do a proper cycle. So thats why I'm here. Any advice and tips would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks guys.

My diet is very good. 3000-3500 clean cals per day at 40/40/20.

I'm thinking about 500mg of test e or sust250 per week (depending what I can get my hands on) for 12 weeks. Have got part or my pct (clomid) still need to get nolva.

    I train 6 days a week

Ideally I would like to be 85kgs and about 6-7% BF (after a few cycle maybe)

    How does this sound?

Your macro split doesn't say anything how you relayed it. You left out your full stats and the actual macro numbers (it's too early to do the math right now ). You should also not forget about an AI for on cycle as well as HCG, blood work, pins, syringes, alcohol prep pads, etc.

I hope you're not planning on maintaining that 6-7% BF for any length of time. It is more difficult than you'd imagine on top of not being the healthiest thing one could do.

What would be the best AI to have on cycle? I don't know if this is silly or not but I was thinking about those "natural" ones like beast Elitimate or Eradicate? Is this worth while or a waste of time/money?

I have got pins, syringes and alcohol prep pads. Just really need to get the Test and Nolva. And I would love to be able to get HCG, but apparently its really hard to get in Australia.

Difficult in regards to diet and things like that?
