Okay so originally I was set on using tren and clen for a first cycle, and after getting some great feedback which was really helpful I was able to do some more research. So I've decided to put the tren and clen plan away (until I feel ready) and go for a more suitable approach for beginners. Even though it might not give me the amount of gains I was hoping for I'm just hoping that it will be a good enough 'warm up' for future cycles.
So here it is..
Week 1 - 12. 250mg Test E every 3.5 days (500mg/wk)
0.25mg of Arimidex everyday in between test consumption (and an extra 14 days after last consumption of test)
PCT will start 14 days after last test consumption.
Clomid- 75/50/50/50mg
Nolva- 40/20/20/20mg
Roughly 18 weeks after PCT I will start my next cycle.
Now you may have noticed that I haven't mention anything about hCG in my plan. That is because it is really difficult to get in Australia. So if anyone could give me an alternative that would be greatly appreciated.
Again I am 24 years old, 6ft tall, 185lbs (84kg) and roughly 13% bf. I have been training for 3 years and have hit the really slow point of my natural growth.
