Hey all! People call me bear for short, and I've recently decided to become something more. Not only that but it says I'll also get a free bottle when joining the forums! Awesome! I've been in and out of the weight room two to three times a day and I see these guys that are toothpicks come in. Two or three weeks later their my size! And I think man I've been doing this for almost four years and I haven't hit what I've expected. I've platooed and it sucks. Im stuck at 365 and im not moving. My squats excelled and deadlift etc. But the bench is just stuck. These guys blowing up around me is kind of aggravating. So I thought maybe this will help. First time for everything I guess.
