What's up board?
I'm 22 years old turning 23 on Monday. I've always been athletic. Played various sports growing up & in high school mainly football. I've always loved weight training since I was about 11 - 12 years when I use to fill my bookbag with textbooks & do curls. I've been training purely for enjoying my look in the mirror. Now looking to compete in bodybuilding soon so figured I come here to sharpen my knowledge mainly in nutrition. Thanks for having me.
