Firstly me:
Married, kids, always skint
I'm 6ft 6, 14st 10lbs, and little ugly too
been training on and of since I was 18.
started taking pills only, (danabol) then stepped up to a test only cycle, last cycle was test 400.
This cycle will be:
Danabol
test 400
deca 300
nolvadex
consuming around 4000 to 5000 calories a day, divided up into fats, carbs and protein.
I'm not claiming to know everything but I do read alot
On here via Google links so thought it wise to join up and get some insight from others.
