So ive always wanted to try em, never actually did though. I got to a pretty decent size on my own, all natural but i soon got sick and tired of it and wanted more. Im 25 yrs old, 5'9 weighing 208 lbs. been at it for 11 years.
This is my first ever cycle, so bare with me:
Dbol 50 x 50mg caps
2 xTest cyp 10cc/ 300mg/ml
trenbolone enathate 10cc/ 100mg/ml
2 xEquipoise 10cc/ 100mg/ml
Hcg and clomid for PCT.
Dbol 25mg x1w then 50x5 for 6 weeks
Test cyp 1cc/300mg 2x a week for 10 weeks
tren 1/2cc/ 50mg 3x a week for first week or so to see how i react for 5 weeks
Equip 1cc/100mg 2x a week for 10 weeks
goal is 4100 kcals a week.
400g protein
400g carbs
100g fat.
i plan on taking dbal everyday if anyone was wondering. thats just the basics. please any advice would be helpful and appreciated. Im not totally new to this been around it alot but first time actually taking part. Thanks guys and happy lifting!!
