Hi everyone!
New member here though ive been lurking around for some time already. Im from Norway, getting 28years old this summer, currently 190cm tall and 105kg heavy with a BF estimate to about 14-15%.
Been training for 7 years but at the beginning it was mostly on and off depended on what i wanted to achieve either it was strength or condition.
Tried some cycles the last years and currently started cutting with some help from testo, will be adding some clen the next week or so.
Mostly interested in the anabolic section, been reading there for quite sometime but lately the training section and the nutrition section seems quite interesting as well. Many smart people around here it seems so i am hoping to learn more for the time coming.
