Hello All,

I started TRT about a week with a low dosage of 50mg of testosterone C twice a week (hoping he will increase after next blood test in 3 weeks). Very excited to see how this will all go even with the large bill from the anti-aging doctor, lol. A little about me...

Age - 31
Hight - 5'7"
Weight - 145lbs
Location - San Diego, CA
Diet- Very strict, Eat mostly Meat, vegetables, sweet potatoes and fruit. No grains, processed foods or sugars.


I have always been athletic and have never taken anything other then what is sold at the local GNC until now. I have lifted weights from age 19 on and off but I am a very hard gainer. I would watch as me and my friends would follow the same training regiment and they would gain 3 times as much as me. So then I did long distance running, for a few years. I enjoyed it for a while but then it got to be boring and lacked verity. Most recently I started Crossfit and love it. I am sure a lot of people on here hate Crossfit but for me it has been a great fit. I have never done Olympic lifts or anything other then the basic back squat and I don’t think I would have ever if not for Crossfit. I found a gym that has a good balance of lifts to METCONs and have made a very nice garage gym for myself.

The biggest hurtle for me now is recovery and that is what I am hoping the Testosterone will help with. I am a very methodical person when it comes to working out and fitness. I love to research, learn and plan as much as I possibly can and that’s what brought me to this site. I have never in my life posted on a forum but I have gotten so much good info from this site so far that I figured I would see what other advice you guys have for me. Thanks for reading.
