My name is Matt I'm 25yo 250lb 6'2" tall from Australia.
I've been training for a year now i train 20 mins of cardio 5 mornings a week and weights 45-60 5 nights my main motivation has been weight loss but I've had much more success building muscle due to my build and diet I believe I've made massive gains in my arms/legs/chest but over the course of that year only lost 25lb but I'm looking much fitter and I realize that that figure is offset by muscle growth. In the coming months I would love to do a cutting cycle (my first) including a calorie deficit diet, clenbuterol or albuterol, T3, I still don't feel that I know enough that I want to start yet especially cause i would rate myself as having a slow metabolism at the moment and don't want to make worse post cycle so PCT is very important to me.
