New guy here, about me i am 27, been lifting for 5 years now. Im an ectomorph body type. I started at 6'0" 135lbs and currently 6'0" 175 lbs. I am studying exercise science and nutrition, and currently taking my personal trainer course. I eat a clean diet, 60proteins/30carbs/10protein is my macro count. I lift 6 times a week and cardio 3 times a week. I am 3 weeks into my t500 and tren e cycle, taking 1ml of each 2x a week. MY goal is to do a clean bulk and then cut. I monitor my blood pressure 3 times a day, and i do not drink alcohol. So far so good. i am here to get advice and learn from you guys as this is my first cycle.
