Hello,
I am a crossfiter, and i am lookign to improve my strength numbers and my conditioning. My stats are:
24 years old
5'10 200 lbs 12-14% body fat
500 deadlift
425 back squat
365 front squat
300 bench
185 press
300 clean and jerk
235 snatch
I am fairly strong in comparison to the avg. crosffiter, but weak in comparison to the elite. I have never used any gear before, so Ill be happy starting really small. I will appreciate any recommendation.

Hi I heard oxymetholone also known as anadrol is good for strength it also gives you an aggressive side so you can work harder . I also heard that some fighters and wrestlers use this before the get into the ring to give them that rage.
