I want to formally introduce myself...
I have been lifting for 14 years. My body fat is hovering around 12% at 205 right now. I am more of a powerlifter but lately have mixed in more of a bodybuilding style. I am looking to increase my big 3 and continue to sculpt my weaknesses. I am getting off of a shoulder injury not related to lifting.
I must say, I was a bit overwhelmed with the wealth of information on this site. I have decided this is too big of a decision to take lightly. I will do my first full cycle after I turn 30 in September. Thank you again for all of the great information. I look forward to being apart of a great group.
