What's up everybody? I'm new here, just looking to absorb as much knowledge as I can. I am
Interested in running a cycle, but I don't like to do thing I'm not informed on. So that led me here. I
38 year old, been lifting since I was about 16. My wife and I had kids and I kinda let myself go a little. I took about a year or so off but been back at it a few months now. Anyway thanks for having me

Welcome. Was it really just a year? I took nearly 10 years off once. I let myself go more than a little : back now though. Never again. So I feel you there. Glad you decided to get back into it.

Good luck with the quest. A lot of info here. Have been spending 1-2 hours a day on it for 2 months and just scratching the surface
