I lifted seriously during high school and college in the mid-1980's, took a quarter-century off, and returned to the weight room about a year ago. After bulking for 11 mos., I'm doing my first cut. So far, good progress.
I'm here to learn how to grow muscle safely, and, I hope, be helpful to my wife, who is receiving HRT for endometriosis, fatigue, and (low) libido.
Thus far I've learned a lot. Great forum.
