    Mass Stack

    Hi, I am new to this and i would love to get some help. I purchased Mass Stack that also came with Clen and PGH.
    In total thats 13 pills to take per dose. The first time I took a dose i thought I was going to explode. I got extremely hot and sweaty, felt anixous and shakey. How should I dose this stack? They dont give you any instuctions. BTW I am a 55yo. Matt
