Hey guys,
I was a member here a long time ago but moved away and was about a week into having full-on discussions when everything turned to heck with my son's illness. Anyway am back now and have dropped a large quantity of weight (am 72 kg at 6'4") and am all raring and ready to hit the gym again. Am looking forward to catching up with any of you who can help me with achieving my bodybuilding goals because people with weight problems aren't ALWAYS obese - even us skinny guys can be disgusted with what we see staring back out at us from the mirror.
