    About to start first cycle.

    I'm about to start a Dbol / Test C cycle and I also ordered arimidex and clomid. I was looking for advice on the best way and when to start taking the arimidex and clomid? My plans were to take 50mg/day dbol and 500mg/week test c. Any advice is appreciated.

    Welcome. There is a lot of good information here. Try posting your question in the Q&A Section. To get help with your cycle, you may want to also post your stats (height, weight, bf%, years training, etc). I suspect you will hear that you need to ditch the dbol and run Test only). Best wishes.

    I need some help and input myself!
    Age: 33
    Height: 5'7
    Weight: 190lbs
    BF %: 22.8

    Started a GH & Test E cycle this week. Taking 4iu, four days on, 2 off. 500mg of Test E 3 times a week. Looking to build lean muscle and lose body fat. Thoughts on this cycle? Also need nutritional advice for this cycle.
