Hi folks..
Just joined.. I'm looking for some advice, Im living in Ireland and only started lifting about 3 months ago.. iv been working on cutting the fat and I'm taking Clen which is really doing the job. But I want to build some bulk what's best to use... Looking for a quick result..

for now you can focus on just lifting that will give you some good result.you can expect good gains in your first year.

Welcome & like Solid said. 3 months is not near long enough to be starting a cycle. You need a solid base to start from. Read the stickies on the forum & you will see why.
