    Hello People

    Hello Guys/Gals

    Been reading these forums for almost a year now, finally became a member. This is the only site I joined because I find the most sound advice here. Glad to be here, already got some solid advice. Looking foward to being an active member and learing from all of you.

    My Stats:
    Age: 34
    Height: 5'9"
    Weight: 195lbs
    BF%: 18%

    Was a boxer through HS and military right after, have not stopped sense. Always Natty, made the decision to get to that next level before age gets the best of me. Already posted and got some AWESOME advice, not doing anything until my diet, bf%, and mind is on point 100%.

    Got to give a shout to MuscleInk, Shadeed, and Cuz. They already told me what I needed (not wanted) but no doubt needed to hear. Here to learn and grow.
