Old, but new
Hey all, Old, but new means that I have been lifting off & on since I was 10 or 12 years old. Did some AA's back in college football & just started a cycle after tons of research (mainly from this forum). Long story short I just got back to a 315 bench for 2 reps which bests what I did in my mid 20's! Oh, I just turned 49 today & feel stronger than ever & almost got the 6 pack back! Thanx for the site & all the fantastic info on doing it right & safe.
