    another new member sayin hello

    hello everyone new to the site and fairly new to trainin seriously been on and off for a few years but mostly off haha
    im 25, 26 in couple weeks
    5'10
    weighing around 81kg last time i checked
    lookin to start taking things serious now so faught id join up and learn something

    cheers guys hope so lookin at doing a cycle but i no for sure got a long way to go before i have enough understandin of it all but been reading alot on this forum so far great source for info
