Back after a long depression... Hoping to compete again.
Hey guys.
My name is Angelo. I'm 28.
I started lifting at 17, juicing at 19. Took my states PL records for all 3 lifts and total at 21 years old. Started bodybuilding shortly after. Decided to get on TRT because I wanted to do this forever.
After a few shows I got really depressed. I love reading, and I read into a lot of nihilism and existentialism books. I basically deducted that there wasn't much reason to live anymore.
From 17 years old to 23 years old, I went from about 110 pounds (I'm 5'7") to about 230 (Around 12-14% BF). From 24-27 I went from 230 to 140. I stopped eating, stopped training, stopped lifting, stopped caring about anything.
Now I'm 28, and I've really made some strides as far as my outlook on life. I'm going to start lifting (and hopefully competing) again.
no posting other web sites please -edited
A bit about my cycle history: I've used pretty much everything relatively mainstream. Test, EQ, mast, winny, dbol , adrol, halo, clen , t3, igf 1/LR3/Des, growth, slin, and of course my BFF tren !
I've been lifting since May 1st, so a bit over a month. In that time I've gained about 40 pounds. I've been eating, training, and sleeping like a beast. Muscle memory and training experience has also helped a lot.
I might make a log or something. I'm not sure. We'll see. I look forward to teaching/learning with everyone here.
All the best,
-Angelo
Edit: I got my avatar up! Pic was at 23 y/o and around 215-220 I believe.
Here's a vid of my first recorded weigh in. I think the accountability will really help me stick with it.

Welcome & glad you are back in the game. Some of my own personal wisdom gained over the years..... When you are too smart, you tend to over think s**t. Like Mewalrus said, sometimes you just "gotta say f**k it"

Hey, thanks. No shop. Doses were 750 Test E, 375 tren A, 50 dbol .
Avatar was a few weeks out from a show. Bottom two photos are 18 weeks out.
Edit: Agreed 100% PWPOOP. Just keep it simple, lift things, eat some food, and chill out. I've become much happier since I've started to distract myself and not over think things. Nail on the head, my friend.
