    UMMM...Hi, Not sure what to say/Ask

    Hey forum members, not sure what to say/do yet so I'll just copy/paste some quick info. Not sure about anything yet, just browsing and testing the waters I think is the right wording.


    Age: 40
    Height 5: 11 1/2
    Weight 162lbs
    Training experience LOL...5 months of t25/p90x and p90x 3 and a month in the gym

    I have lost 50 lbs in about 6 months doing p90x/t25 ans p90x3 and 2 months in gym, I have seen some body definition, but have stalled or plateaued in last couple months, I'm deathly afraid of needles so any thing I could be interested in CANNOT be injectable

    Also I am eating very healthy now, around 1500-1700 calories a day, I use creatine, a couple protein shakes a day, bcaa during workouts, multi vitamin, metabolism booster, fish oil pills etc....

    Welcome, 67 was a good year for us eh. F**k, it'd be nice to update the year on your name. Maybe next season haha. tmleafs2015 has a way better ring hahaha.

    I would petition the 1k sites I use this name on to have it changed rigpig, I'ts one of 3 things I am really passionate about.....Stoopid leafs.....
