    Hi everyone from LA CA

    Just wanted to say hello. My name is Graham and I am about to start my first cycle. Been athletic and active all my life which includes weight lifting but I enjoyed the cardiovascular exercises more. Due to a recent knee injury that required surgery I am doing a total 360 and I am beginning to really enjoy more time at the gym lifting and building muscle. I have literally just joined this site and in desperate need of information. I will currently start Sustenon 250 and Trenbolone -E as a stack for about 10 weeks. I have started to read about PCT and my trainer also mentioned that in detail. Time to look for some info....Thank you for your time! I am 31 190 lbs stocky short guy at 5'6

    Welcome to the forum post your full cycle plan in the anabolic Q&A and you don't need tren for a first cycle.
