Howdy all! :-) just getting back into the gym after a few months off. Trying to learn as much as possible on the nutrition side to try and get on the right track first. My trouble so far is building a regiment that actually works for me. I work hard and am constantly moving all day. I usually hit the gym after work. But my eating habbits are all over the board. Hopefully looking for a general guide to get started. I'd like to train hard and get into a grove and eventually start cycling some gear. I'm not ready for it yet so no need for info on that subject. But I do plan on cycling in the future. So what kind of stats should I be rocking to get a good jump start on lean muscle? I'm currently 6'3" 245lb not 100% what my bf is, guessing I'd say around 18%. I know nutrition is huge and I do try and eat healthy but I believe my portions are too large.
